Elaine Armantrout, PT, DSc, ECS is a physical therapist with a license endorsement for nerve conduction studies and clinical needle electromyography. Dr. Armantrout is board certified in clinical electrophysiologic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and her physical therapy certificate graduate school training from the University of Iowa. She earned her doctorate degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She’s been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1980. The Physical Therapy Association of Washington named Dr. Armantrout the PT of the Year in 2005 and awarded her the Donna El Din Distinguished Service Award in 2015. She has over 32 years of experience providing electrodiagnostic tests for over 25,000 patients. All major insurances including Medicare and Labor & Industry are accepted. A referral from a health care provider is required.
